John Parker is a state licensed private investigator with twenty-six
years of local law enforcement experience and over fifteen years
experience in electronic security design and implementation.
He has conducted, or participated in, hundreds of criminal and civil
investigations. John has a Bachelors Degree in Criminal
Justice and a Masters Degree in Business Management. He
served as faculty advisor to the Administration of Justice Department
at
Cathy Coy has extensive experience in the development and coordination of emergency preparedness systems and procedures for organizations of all sizes. She has worked closely with both police and fire departments to establish workable plans with public safety cooperation. Cathy has a Bachelors Degree in Occupational Studies, and a Masters Degree in Emergency Services Administration.
